DO Brazil Cerrado Coffee
Cerrado is DO Brazil’s signature Coffee.
Cerrado comes from the heart of the Cerrado region of Minas Gerias, Brazil. Cerrado coffees are known for their intense aroma with notes between caramel, nuts and slight citric acidity. Having a fabulous Body between moderate and medium-heavy, and flavor of sweet chocolate notes, it makes a great cup of drip or pressed coffee. Cuppers have given high scores for body, aroma, intense flavor and a smooth finish (no bitterness.)

DO Brazil Espresso is our boldest, richest blend. From the Cerrado region of Minal Gerais, Brazil, it is composed of the highest quality coffee from Brazil.

Consisting of several natural coffees, this blend was tested for several years before reaching its current make-up. Perfectly roasted having the ideal balance of low acidity, full body and a unique sweetness.
